Using drones to capture aerial photographs or videos of properties will greatly increase its marketability to customers

15 Aug 2017

Don’t just take my word for it about how powerful drone photography can be in marketing a property. According to MLS statistics, US homes with aerial images sold 68% faster than homes with just standard images. Now that’s impressive.

Aerial photographs or videos give prospective buyers a better idea of the size of the property while also showing the extent of its gardens and surroundings, something that’s not possible with ground based photography.

However, combing aerial photography with photography from the ground is a winning sales combination, particularly when it comes to residential properties within a newly built estate or high value luxury properties.

Aerial views of a property can really make it stand out from the crowd on websites like #Zoopla, #Rightmove and #Prime Location. Aerial photography is a great way to capture the true magnificence of a property.
